Bark Magazine Pupcake Recipe:
Whip up three dozen bite-sized carob mini-cupcakes in less than an hour with this original recipe.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup honey
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar-free applesauce
2 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons carob powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon vanilla
-----------------------------
There was no icing on the Bark Mag cupcakes so I made the icing from a mixture of low fat cream cheese, with a little bit of flour to thicken it. And put non-sweetened carob chips on top to decorate the cakes.

Yum. Those cookies sound human yummy too. Looks like you guys had a fun time.
Actually they had no sugar in them so they were a little bland... :) My boyfriend was very disappointed!
